Cherepoveckiy Myasokombinat JSC is a meat production and preservation company located in Cherepovets, Russia. The company was incorporated in June 1952 and its headquarters are in Cherepovets. The main activity of the company is the production and preservation of meat. The company's shares were listed on the RTS Board on February 22, 2007, under the symbol CHRM. Throughout its history, the company has achieved several milestones, including the opening of an abattoir shop in 1954, the completion of the reconstruction of a meat and fat shop in 1970, the establishment of a bird-processing plant in 1975, and the transformation into a Joint Stock Company in 1993. In 2002, the company changed its name to Cherepovetskiy Myasokombinat OJSC and registered as a company.
