Himprom PAO (Russia)

Himprom PAO is a company located in Novocheboksarsk, Russia. It was incorporated in 1994 after the transformation of Khimprom association into a public joint stock company. The company has established several joint ventures, including JSC Percarbonate for sodium percarbonate production with the government of Moscow, Pronova Ltd for diphenylguanidine production with the Hungarian firm Abona, Dupont-Khimprom Ltd for herbicides manufacturing with the firm Dupont (USA), and Cation Ltd for dyes production for synthetic fibers with Pumice Trading Corp. Ltd (UK). Himprom PAO is the only producer in the country of acetonanil-N®, a rubber antioxidant, softener-2, a monomer for heat resistant high-impact polymeric fibers, and phosphorus and chlorine containing fire retardants for polymeric materials. The company serves a wide range of industries including chemical, oil-and-gas, light, pulp-and-paper, wood-working, medical, pharmaceutical, electrical engineering, metallurgy, construction, heat-and-power engineering, machine-building, and agriculture.
