International Investment Bank is a multilateral development institution whose activities are aimed at promoting social and economic development, increasing the welfare of the population and economic cooperation of member countries. The main areas of activity are support for small and medium-sized businesses in member countries and participation in the financing of socially significant infrastructure projects. The Bank provides loans mainly through leading national financial institutions with state participation, development banks and export-import banks and agencies, or in partnership with other international development institutions. The International Investment Bank (IIB) has a total equity of EUR 2 billion, with a paid-in capital of EUR 378.71 million.
