Henkel Rus OOO was part of Henkel's international group. In April 2022 Henkel decided to exit from Russia and sold its business to a consortium of local investors. In January 2023 Henkel Rus OOO changed its name to Lab Industries OOO. The company continues to manufacture soap and cleaning compounds.
