Lukoil of Nizhnii Novgorod is a fuel and oil company in Kstovo, Nizhnii Novgorod region, established in 1958, is part of Lukoil OAO from the end of 2001 (the share of Lukoil 100% from March 2009). In June 2008 a joint stock company was reorganized into a limited liability company. It recycles a mixture of oils from Western Siberia and Tatarstan. Oil is supplied to the plant through two oil pipelines: Almetievsk-Nizhnii Novgorod and Surgut-Polotsk. Finished products are shipped by rail, road and river transport, as well as by pipeline.
