The Company is engaged in real estate investment fund. The fund s objective aims to generate sustainable and growing cash dividend for unitholders and develop the fund assts via direct investment in income generating and constructed developed real estate properties. The fund intends to invest heavily on the hotel sector, hospitality and tourist accommodation. The fund may invest partly in real estate development projects, provided that the fund s assets invested in income-generating assets are not less than (75 ).
The Company incorporated in September 28, 2022 and listed on saudi stock exchange (tadawul) in January 30, 2023.
