JODC is headquartered in Makkah Industrial City. The company’s activities include development, construction, sale, rent and lease of residential areas, hotels, commercial centers and parking lots, all servicing the industries related to the Hajj and Umra pilgrimage. To perform its objectives, JODC cooperates with local and international subcontractors.
