The group is majority-owned by North Haven Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners that focuses on long-term investments in infrastructure assets across the globe. Its core activities include overseeing portfolios of solar and wind power projects and supporting the development, operation, and long-term growth of renewable energy businesses. It was incorporated in 2012 and is based in Singapore.
