GGL's subsidiaries includes GuocoLand China ("GLC"), GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“GLM”) and GuocoLand Vietnam (S) Pte Ltd. The company's project portfolio includes Goodwood Residence, Sophia Residence, Leedon Residence, The Waterline, Elliot at the East Coast and The Quartz in Singapore; Beijing Guoson Centre, Shanghai Guoson Centre, Guoson Centre, Ascot Park and Seasons Park in China; Damansara City in Damansara Heights, the Emerald master planned township in Rawang, Commerce One along Old Klang Road, PJ City Corporate Hub in Petaling Jaya and Amandarii in Kajang, Menara HLA, HP Towers and Menara ING in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and The Canary in Vietnam.
