Leong Guan Holdings Limited was first set up in Singapore on 8 April 2025 as a private company limited by shares under the name Leong Guan Holdings Pte. Ltd. After completing a Restructuring Exercise the company became the holding company of the entire group.
On 26 November 2025, the company was converted from a private to a public company, and its name was changed to Leong Guan Holdings Limited.
The Company is a food manufacturing and distribution business with over 22 years of experience in the industry. It specialises in producing fresh noodle products and soy bean–based beancurd products, as well as trading a wide range of other food-related items, positioning itself as a one-stop food sourcing solution for customers. The Company supplies both local and overseas markets and serves more than 2,000 customers, including hotels, restaurants, caterers, food court operators, hawkers, kiosks, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, minimarkets and e-commerce buyers. Its export customers include distributors and brand owners across Asia, Australia, North America, the Middle East and Europe. The Company's product portfolio comprises both self-manufactured and third-party manufactured food products, which are sold under its recognised LG Brand and through white-label offerings.
11 December 2025 - The Company listed on SGX_Catalist Market with ticker code - LGH and Leong Guan Hldgs as trading name.
