OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (OUE C-REIT) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. It is one of the largest diversified Singapore REITs with total assets of S$6.0 billion as of December 31, 2022. OUE C-REIT owns seven properties in Singapore and Shanghai, including prime office and retail spaces, as well as upper upscale hotel rooms. The properties are located in financial and business hubs, and are used primarily for commercial and hospitality purposes. OUE C-REIT also invests in real estate-related assets. The trust has been listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited since January 27, 2014, and is managed by OUE Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of OUE Limited. OUE Limited is a leading pan-Asian real estate development, investment, and management company with assets in various sectors. OUE C-REIT's mission is to provide stable distributions and sustainable long-term growth to its unitholders.
