The Group is a facilities services provider in the public and private sectors which mainly operating in Singapore. The Group mainly engaged with Facilities services, Stewarding services, Cleaning services to offices, Cleaning services to homes and Cleaning Supplies.
The Group incorporated on December 29, 2020 as a private company limited by shares under the name “Primech Holdings Pte. Ltd.”. On May 11, 2023, change corporate name from “Primech Holdings Pte. Ltd.” to “Primech Holdings Ltd.”.
HISTORY:
2018 - Sapphire Universe acquired Primech Services Engrg, A P Maintenance as well as Acteef Cleaning.
2019 - Primech Services Engrg acquired My All Services in connection with the Group proposed expansion into Malaysia. The Group also launched “HomeHelpy” application.
2020 - Sapphire Universe acquired Maint-Kleen.
Primech Services Engrg amalgamated with A P Maintenance to form current subsidiary, Primech A P.
2021 - Acquired CSG and Princeston International.
Complete the Restructuring Exercise to finalize the Group corporate structure.
2023 - The Group listing at NASDAQ on 10 October, with ticker symbol PMEC .
