The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 27 January 2022. The Company listing on Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) on 15 April 2025 on Catalist board.
The Company began its journey in the automotive industry in Singapore, originally focused on vehicle sales and services. Over the years, the company strategically diversified its offerings to cover a broad range of automotive-related solutions, establishing itself as a one-stop automotive provider.
Following a corporate restructuring exercise on 21 February 2025, the Company became the ultimate holding company of the group.
The Company operates through a vertically integrated model across four core business segments: 1. Automobile Sales and Related Services, 2. Automobile After-Sales Services, 3.Automobile Financing Services, 4. Automobile Rental and Leasing.
