Slovenia-based financial holding KD d.d. was established in November 2000. Its main activity is the management of the portfolio of local KD Group d.d. in which KD d.d. holds a majority stake. KD Group d.d. has 20 subsidiaries and 18 sub-subsidiaries active in insurance, asset management, banking and real estate. The holding firm has has another 14 affiliated companies. KD's shares began trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on December 21, 2000.
