Arca Capital is a private equity group active mainly in venture capital industry in Central and Eastern Europe. Arca Capital has its representation in Bratislava, Prague, London and Kiev. In October 2005, Arca Capital Bohemia, a.s. became an affiliated member of the CVCA (Czech Venture Capital Association), which corresponds to long term strategy of Arca Capital to be a strong regional investor in private equity industry, with the emphasis on venture capital and small and medium size companies sector. Arca Capital was established in 2003 by a transformation process of a group of companies belonging to All Finance Services, a.s.. The Group was active on Slovak capital market since 1994.
