The mark BCI was established in 1991 to founding the company BCI, Ltd. in Zilina. Forerunner of incorporated company BCI, Inc. was Stavebny a lesomelioracny zavod Zilina, which was established in 1962 as a specialistic factory for building activities practiced for Severoslovenske lesy. Since 1.1.1991 was separated from Severoslovenske lesy as an individual national firm Lesostav Zilina. This was transformed 1.11.1994 and was established the company Lesostav Zilina, Inc. In 1996 repurchased private building company BCI, ltd. 97% of shares of this state incorporated company from FNM SR. The orientation of BCI, Inc. is on the buildings of structural engineering – industrial buildings, halls, engineering buildings- canalizations and roads, also housing and amenities.
