Bankobystricka regionalna sprava ciest, a.s., was established on 21th June, 2007 for the purpose of administration and maintenance of roads II. and III. class owned by the Slovakian regions and investment activities on these roads. The company was incorporated on 21th September, 2007 into Business district court. The majority shareholder is the Banska Bystrica region. The focus is also BBRSC as management and maintenance of roads II. and III. class and the business of the roads and the implementation of related activities that provide established races in individual districts, such as race Banska Bystrica, Lucenec, Rimavska Sobota, Velky Krtis, Zvolen, Ziar nad Hronom.
