Cementaren Lietavska Lucka a.s. is the second largest cement manufacturer in Slovakia as is was founded in 1898. In 1992 happened major changes in the body of the management and shareholders. In 1998 , the company discontinued to produce cement and launched production of precipitated calcite. The company is headquartered in Lietavska Lucka. In 2005, major shareholder of the company became Calmit s.r.o. In 2010, Cementaren Lietavska launched share trading on the Bratislava Stock Exchange.
