The company was founded by a merger of two wholesales, a wholesale COOP Okoc a.s. and COOP Jednota Galanta. The company JLC, a.s. is one of the logistics centers of retail network COOP Jednota Slovensko. Its core business is supplying the retail units of companies COOP Jednota Dunajska Streda SD and COOP Jednota Galanta SD.
