Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia s. r. o. is the Slovak manufacturing subsidiary of Jaguar Land Rover, operating a large vehicle plant in Nitra. The factory produces premium sport utility vehicles under the Land Rover brand, including models such as Discovery and Defender, using highly automated body, paint and final assembly operations. The plant is designed with an annual capacity in the hundreds of thousands of units and employs several thousand people, supported by an in house training academy and local supplier park. Its output is exported to global markets and integrated into the worldwide Jaguar Land Rover distribution network.
