The company KURTA was founded by Stefan Kurt in 1990 in Banska Bystrica. The company covered in the beginning the sale and service of TATRA vehicles, construction and forestry cranes, production of bodies for hauling wood, platform extensions and weighbridges. In 1997, the company expanded the production of container hook loaders, skip loaders, dump trucks and trailers slung under own the brand name and sale of the specialty trailers and trailers for hauling wood. In 2000, the company extended the selection of the sold brand names IVECO and in 2004 the brand MAN. It also provides the sale of accessories such as grapples, rotators, radiator, oil tank, hydraulic components and hoses.
