Regional Card Processing Centre, s. r. o. (RPC) is a Bratislava based competence centre of Raiffeisen Bank International that provides end to end card processing and digital payments services. Its activities include card issuing and acquiring processing, authorisation, clearing and settlement of card transactions, card personalisation support, fraud and risk monitoring, dispute and chargeback handling, testing and reporting services. RPC also develops and operates group wide digital payment applications such as mobile payment wallets, soft POS solutions, merchant portals and e commerce payment gateways, providing client banks and merchants with integrated tools for card and digital payments. The company serves Raiffeisen banks and selected external clients across Central and Eastern Europe, enabling harmonised technology standards and economies of scale for the group's card business. Within the Raiffeisen network RPC is a key asset in the payments infrastructure, combining specialised IT and card business expertise. Strategically it focuses on secure, high availability processing, innovation in digital payments and support for the regional growth of electronic and contactless payments.
