"Fondo Social para la Vivienda" is an autonomous credit institution of public law with legal personality, created in 1973. It was born as a social security program involving the state, employers and workers. It provides loans for house purchase. All members of Sistemas de Ahorro para Pensiones, both public and private can apply for a housing credit through the "FSV".
