PM Thoresen Asia Holdings Pcl is an investment holding company based in Bangkok, Thailand. It was established on June 7, 2014, and has been traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since May 6, 2015. The company is a subsidiary of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (TTA). PM Thoresen Asia Holdings Pcl's main focus is to invest in well-performing companies that are related to its core business in order to strengthen its operations through investment. Its wholly-owned subsidiaries include Baconco Co., Ltd., engaged in fertilizer production and factory area management services, and PM Thoresen Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., engaged in general trading.
