Simat Technologies Public Company Limited, located in Bangkok, Special Governed District of, was incorporated on 19 March 1999 as "Simat Mobile Computer Company Limited" with authorized capital of Baht 1 million. The founder of the company is Mr. Thongkam Manasilapapan. In 2005, the company expanded its business by partnering with Grand-Flo Berhad, a company involved in EDCCS information technology development. This partnership resulted in significant growth for the company, with its share capital increasing to Baht 25 million. The company further increased its registered capital to Baht 75 million in 2006. In the same year, the company established Simat Soft Company Limited, a subsidiary that focuses on software development and has obtained privileges from the Board of Investment of Thailand. Simat Technologies is engaged in the trade of computer hardware, software, and network accessories, as well as computer information technology system development. The company offers hardware products such as barcode scanners, printers, face recognition systems, and mobile computers, as well as software products including sales management and network solutions. Additionally, the company provides maintenance services and solutions for Enterprise Data Collection and Collation System (EDCCS). Simat Technologies went public on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2007. The company also established Simat Label Company Limited in 2008, which is involved in the manufacturing and sales of stickers, labels, and barcode paper. Furthermore, the company expanded its business to Vietnam by investing in Sino Trading and Service Corporation and High Rich Trading and Services Corporation in the same year. The main focus of Simat Technologies is providing hardware, software, and maintenance services for EDCCS.
