Upon the consummation of the Business Combination, the Company became the direct parent of, and conducts its business through, Zapp, which designs, markets and sells high performance electric vehicles, and also provides maintenance and repair services, related parts and accessories.
HISTORY
2022 The Company is an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands on November 15, 2022.
2023 The Company was formed for the sole purpose of effecting the Business Combination. The Business Combination was consummated on April 28, 2023.
On May 1, 2023, the Company s Ordinary Shares and Public Warrants commenced trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, or “Nasdaq”, under the symbols “ZAPP” and “ZAPPW,” respectively.
