Its production marathon kicked off in 1985, the initial objective of ALPSAN A.S. was to produce PVC shutters. Started its production journey with only two single screw extruders (60 mm) and with monthly 30 tons capacity for only one type profile, ALPSAN A.S. is now able to produce around 500 tons with 13 double screw extruders in different dimensions thanks to continuous increase in capacity and product variety.

Improving its position in the sector day by day with its product range covering over 100 products, ALPSAN A.S. started Aluminium profile production in 1993. At the beginning, this production was made through a partnership and taking over the whole operating rights of the facility opened new horizons for ALPSAN A.S. and our investments were mainly made in the field of Aluminium profile production.

Within this framework, while the Aluminium profile production capacity was monthly 50 tons in that facility we taken over as the partner in 1993, this figure is now reached to monthly 850 tons. With two presses, which’s installation will be completed by 2011, will double our capacity and we will reach monthly 2000 tons capacity.

Within these 17 years, ALPSAN A.S. has been awarded with quality certifications regarding its production and reached a position of exporting 60% of its production to foreign countries while enhancing its quality and vision on a continuous basis
