Dagi Yatirim Holding Anonim Sirketi, located in Istanbul, was established on 22.08.1994 as TAÇ YATIRIM ORTAKLIĞI A.Ş. On 13.11.1995, the company shares were offered to the public on the ISE. The majority shares of the company were purchased by Dagi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. on 29.02.2012, and the management was transferred to Dagi group. Mr. Mahmut Nedim KOÇ was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company was released from the security investment trust status and its new title was changed to DAGİ YATIRIM HOLDİNG A.Ş. on 08.06.2012. The company shares started to be traded on the ISE with the code DAGHL on 02.08.2012. The issued capital of the company was increased from 3,600,000 TL to 10,800,000 TL on 24.06.2013. The company's issued capital of 10,800,000 TL will be met from the Special Funds account, and the Amended Articles of Association have been registered to reflect a capital of 80,000,000 TL. The amendment was registered by the TR Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on 23.11.2022.
