Gulsan Sentetik Dokuma Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi is a company located in Gaziantep, Turkey. The company was founded by Mustafa Hilmi Topçuoğlu, who started his career in the transportation business and later entered the fuel and automotive spare parts sector. After his passing in 1968, his son, Naci Topçuoğlu, took over the business and expanded it further. Gulsan Inc. and Kasmir Carpet are under his leadership as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Naci Topçuoğlu also played a significant role in the development of the city's industry and sports. He was known for his philanthropy and supported education by having Gaziantep University Naci Topçuoğlu Vocational School built.
