HALK REIT (Halk Real Estate Investment Trust, or Halk Gayrimenkul Yaritim Ortakligi in Turkish) began operations in 2010 with the aim of investing in real estate and real estate projects. The real estate portfolio of the company include business and finance centers, bank operation centers and residential projects, as of December 2013 it is TL 1.165 million and the assets of the company are TL 890 million. The income of the comany consist of 38% rental income and 62% from lands and projects.
