HAT-SAN Shipyard is a "PEKAR GROUP" organization. PEKAR GRUP, operating in the mining, construction, foreign trade and energy sectors, decided to invest in shipbuilding and maritime activities in 2006. It started shipyard investments in 2007 in the area allocated for shipyards in Altınova/Yalova. Today, it operates with new projects.
