Hayat Varlik is a Turkish asset management company, specialised in buying and selling of debts, receivables and other assets from banks and financial institutions. It has one of the biggest asset and loan portfolio size among the Turkish asset management companies. Its core operations are related to credit negotiations and legal follow-up transactions. The company was established in 2008 under the name TURKASSET, subsequently changed to LTB Asset, and in 2011, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development became a minority partner.
