MT Teknolojik ve Finansal Yatırımlar A.Ş. is a Turkish investment holding company established in 2025 with equal ownership by Sami Aslanhan and Ömer Ünsalan, who are senior executives and shareholders of Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Enerji ve Mühendislik A.Ş. The company was formed to support and optimize financial structuring and international financing activities, particularly in relation to its holdings in Kontrolmatik. As part of its strategic role, KMT Yatırım has acquired and managed significant non-public shares in Kontrolmatik to facilitate more favorable medium- to long-term financing opportunities and to serve as collateral when needed. It has also engaged in share transactions and financial arrangements involving Kontrolmatik shares to strengthen financing flexibility and support sustainable growth initiatives for the group.
