The company was established in Istanbul in the 1950s to manufacture indoor and outdoor apparel for infants and children. In the 1980s the company started to export its products abroad and in 1997 was certified by ISO 9002 quality assurance. Later the company added men and women clothing to its manufacturing line. In 2011, after amendment of its legal status, it was transformed into an investment holding.
