Özderici Real Estate Investment Trust CO. was incorporated as a factoring organization under the name of "Öz Finans Factoring Hizmetleri Trust CO" on 05 June 1992 and the shares of the company were offered to public in 1994 and 49.04% of these shares are being traded in Istanbul Stock Exchange (İMKB). Özderici REIT's activity subject is to carry out the businesses within the objectives and subject matters written in the regulations of the Capital Market Board regarding the Real Estate Property Investment Partnerships and to invest principally for the real estate properties, the capital market instruments based on the real estate properties, real estate property projects and the rights based on the real estate properties. Özderici REIT is planning to design the qualified projects in the real estate property sector in the areas of land improvement, project design, and urban transformation and to focus on the real estate properties with high revenue potential and the projects based on the real estate properties, primarily the housing sector, within the scope of the capital market legislation.
