Zeray Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. (“Zeray GYO” or “the Company”) was established on September 12, 2023, in Kocaeli, through the partial demerger of Zeray Construction Engineering Construction Tourism Industry and Trade Inc. (“Zeray Construction”). It applied to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) for conversion into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and, following approval of this application, was registered on August 29, 2024, and its name was changed to Zeray Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. The Company is a publicly traded joint-stock company with registered capital, established to issue shares for the purpose of operating a portfolio consisting of real estate, real estate projects, real estate-based rights, capital market instruments, and other assets and rights to be determined by the Capital Markets Board, and which may engage in other activities permitted by capital market legislation.
