Founded in 1996, All-Ring Tech CO., Ltd. (ART) headquarter is located in Kaohsiung Science Park, as the first company to establish and have mass production manufacture facility in this Park. The company is principally engaged in the manufacture, design and distribution of automatic machinery products. The company operates its businesses primarily through the design, processing, manufacture and integration of automatic machinery engineering, as well as the design, manufacture and distribution of computer software and consumer optoelectronic products. Its major products are passive component devices, thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) equipment, light emitting diode (LED) devices, semiconductor equipment and solar energy equipment, including resistance testers, inductance testers, array testers, cutting machines, parts feeders and TFT testers, as well as integrated circuit (IC) testers such as substrate loaders, substrate unloaders, lane chargers and ball mounters, among others.
