On July 25,1992 the company was established and the chairman was elected. On August 12, 1992 the Ministry of Economic Affairs approved the registration of the company. On May 24,1993 it started building factories. On January 10, it started test. On July 1,it began its production and sales. On December 27,1997,the company's application for OTC market was approved. On January 20,1998 the company went listed. On August 20,2002 board of directors had a resolution on the merger of Devon. The main business includes the production and sales of electronic-grade glass fiber cloth. It plans to develop the new products: (a) develop heat-resistant fabrics; (b) the development and improvement of laser-drilling flat glass cloth.
