It was set up on October 6, 1978. In June 1989, it submitted toSecurities and Exchange Commission, the Ministry of Finance, for stock public release. In November 1989, Treasury Securities approved its IPO shares of 150 million yuan. In April 1990, Finance Committee meeting by the Securities and Exchange Commission granted the Company's OTC shares. In June 1990, the official OTC listed stock trading. In April 1995, it obtained British BSI's ISO-9002 certification (certification number 4E5Y012-00)
