The company was established In April 1986 mainly engaging in the manufacture and sale of electronic connectors and cable (including cable and power cord). In August 1996 it obtained ISO9002 quality certification. In February 2000 it reinvested COXOCELECTRONICSCO., LTD., holding 100% stake. In July 2001, Automation Division was established and approved public offering by Securities & Futures Commission. In July 2001 it obtained ISO9001 quality certification. In July 2002 its stock was approved for OTC listing. In December, 2002 it was approved for OTC trading since December 20 (stock code 6205). At present the major plans to develop the new product are as follows: the development of wireless connectivity (Wireless) products and of Multiin1Connector used for memory cards , and communication-related backplane connector (Backplane) products.
