Formerly known as Zhenfa Co., Ltd., it was established in 1972, engaging in the design and manufacturing of electronic components. In 1997 it obtained ISO9002 quality certification. On February 9, 2000 approved by Securities and Securities & Futures Commission, its stock went listed in OTC market. In 2001 its U.S. factory started mass production. In 2002 its new factory in the mainland started on production.
