As the predecessor of the company, the Unison Industrial Association was established in 1971 at No. 161-1 Ching Road,Taichung .In 1974 the site changed to Hip Hing Iron Works. In 1980 it was renamed Jiangxing Forging Industrial Co., Ltd.. In February 1996, approved by the Commodity Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It obtained login into the ISO9002/CNC12686 Quality Systems (certificate number: 5M4Y014-00).In August and October it obtained Germany and American ISO-9002 quality certifications(certificate number: DQS020183-01,UL-A5063). In September 1999 it obtained the American QS-9000 quality certification (certificate number:UL-A8498). In February 2000,Jiangxing (BVI) was set up to reinvest in Jiangxing (Taicang) Metal Products Co., Ltd. In February 2001 the company went listed.
