Chung Fu International Corporation, formerly Chung Fu Chen Yeh Enterprise Corp., was founded on December 24, 1970. In October 2000 the company board was restructured and the communications electronics division was set up as a positive transformation. Chung Fu is principally engaged in the wholesale and retail of computer peripherals and electronic components. The company is also involved in the leasing of factory warehouses and the distribution of Kaoliang liquor. The company distributes its computer peripherals in domestic markets and to overseas markets, including South Korea and Latin America. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the company obtained approximately 94% of its total revenue from its factory warehouse leasing business.
