Feihong Semiconductor Corporation (E-CMOSCORPORATION) was established in November 1987. In September 2004,it was registered in Emerging Market. It was established initially as a business agent and also designed digital/analog IC. In 2002 the company became agency of wireless LAN chapter manufacturers INTERSIL. It began restructuring in 2005 and focused on the business of analog IC.
