In March 2002 the optical communication using long wavelength laser diodes were in mass production. In September 2002 it passed the ISO90012000 edition quality management system certification. In November 2002 the optical storage, DVD-RW using high-power laser diodes were in mass production. In June and July in 2003, the PIN-TIA optical receivers OSA optical sub-module are in mass production. In February 2004 it passed the QS9000 quality management system certification. In August 2004 the company went public and began OTC counseling. The main business covers the research and development of high-precision optical products as well as providing the technical support and after-sales service.
