In September 1993 it set up overseas subsidiary GFCCAYMANISLANDSLIMITED in the Cayman Islands. In August 1994, it turned to invest in China and set up Shanghai Chongyou Elevator Co., Ltd., which changed to Shanghai Chongyou-Toshiba Elevator Co., Ltd. in December.On December 6, 1997, its stock was listed on OTC. In December it invested Shanghai Chongyou Generator Equipment Co., Ltd. In February 1998 it set up ""Mega Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and established Zhaoyu Investment Co., Ltd. in March. In October it set up GENESISDIESELPTELTD in Singapore. In June 2000 it established Haocuobian Technology Co.,Ltd."
