On December 21, 1996 the company issued IPO and on February 22, 1999 the shares were traded in Gretai Securities Market. The main shareholders of the company include Chi Mei Innolux (3009) with a percentage of 26.09% shareholding and Chi Mei Corporation (1763) with a percentage of 16.92% shareholding. The management members mainly come from Chi Mei Group, such as CEO Ding Jinglong (with a percentage of 0.98% shareholding) as the vice general manager of Chi Mei Innolux and other board members like Liao Jinxiang, He Chaoyang, Wu Bingsheng who all take important positions in Chi Mei Group. The company mainly manufactures CCFL products of 250~1500mm, 2100mm (Sample line), LED products of package and light bar, inverter (analog / digital), LIPS and converter and lighting products of bulb, tube, light engine.
