Gold Rain Industrial Society was founded in November 1977 and the company was officially incorporated in June 1980 as Gold Rain Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. In January 1982 it changed its name to Gold Rain Industrial Co., Ltd. and mainly manufactured telephone switching components as the excellent partner of Japan's Communications Industry Corporation. To diversify its business, the company was renamed Gold Rain Enterprises Corp. In November 1994 the company made IPO and in December 1996 it was Listed in OTC. The company has been developing its technology in the vending machine areas, launching SEETHROUGH (Transparent window type) series intelligent vending machine, with which consumers can see the machine directly to the goods to meet consumer trust of those goods.
