Ame Inc. was established in November 2000, a professional company on the design, test and marketing of analog IC (Analog) and mixed-signal IC(Mixed-signal). In January 2001 it signed a technology licensing agreement with U.S. AnalogMicroelectronics, Inc. to obtain 100% of the company's exclusive right to use the technology. In March 2001 it transferred to invest in U.S. AnalogMicroelectronics, Inc. and acquired 100% stake in the company. In June 2001 it started the main business of IC product design and testing. In June 2002 it went public.In September 2002 it obtained ISO9001: 2000 quality certification.
