Harmony Electronics Corp. (Taiwan, China)

In Nov. 1976, Harmony Electronics Corp. was jointly established by Japanese Daiwa Kazuo Hasegawa, engaged in quartz crystal and quartz crystal shell monomer. The products are all sold overseas. In Sep. 1986, production of quartz oscillators and quartz filters was increased. In Apr. 1990, Harmony Electronics Corp. invested subsidiary in Thailand and completed the project of factory building. In Aug. 1992, ATTYPE was massively produced. In Mar. 1995, the company passed the certification of ISO9002. In Feb. 1996, the company purchased a land of 2,100 kilometers at Huadong Road in Industrial District and the plant was expanded. In May 1997, the new plant at Huadong Road for the first phase was completed. In Oct. 1998, it issued its stock after approval. In Jul. 1999, the new plant at Huadong Road for the second phase was completed. State Taxation Bureau awarded the company Medal of uniform invoice. In Oct. products of 840GTYPE were massively produced. In May 2000, new products of DOC、DSO751、UM, etc. were massively produced. In Aug. the company passed the certification of QS9000. In May 2001, the company passed the certification of ISO14001. In May 2001, subsidiary Shenzhen Factory was officially taken into use.
